Erin is responsible for the analysis, due diligence, and execution of new property acquisitions and developments. She plays an integral role in overseeing due diligence efforts on portfolio acquisitions as well as ensuring a seamless transition to Remedy’s portfolio management team post-closing. Prior to joining Remedy, Erin was a key employee at Pine Tree, a Chicago-based retail operator, where she ran the asset management department in addition to leading due diligence and closing activities for new acquisitions. Erin has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and started her career as a lender, holding various positions, including loan workout, REO dispositions, business development, and portfolio management.
Ann is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and execution of new property acquisitions and developments. She also facilitates asset management modeling as the top ARGUS expert in the company. Prior to joining Remedy, Ann was a member of the healthcare preconstruction and alternative procurement team at The Walsh Group. She is currently an active member of the Cornell Real Estate Council.
Jack is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and execution of new property acquisitions and developments. Since 2010, he has been a key member of Remedy, taking on a myriad of roles during the company’s early years and now focusing primarily on investments and business development. His 10-year real estate career began immediately after completing his undergraduate degree at DePauw University. Since then, Jack has developed a diverse background in research, marketing, brokerage, asset management, financial analysis, and due diligence.
Joe leads investment strategy and policy at Remedy and oversees our investments into new medical property acquisitions and developments. He focuses on the execution of creative and efficient transactions that provide the right financial solutions for our clients and partners while achieving return objectives for our investors. Joe and his team are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing all investment transactions and joint-venture relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, he served as Principal & Managing Director of Helios Companies, a real estate investment, construction management, and transaction advisory firm that he co-founded and grew to more than 90 professionals. During his 17-year career, Joe has completed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions.
Erik is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and execution of new property acquisitions and developments. Prior to joining Remedy, he worked in office brokerage and consulting for commercial real estate owners in Chicago. Erik is currently an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).
