Sam supports our asset management functions and the presentation of financial reporting packages to equity partners, investors, and lenders. By evaluating various leasing and property management metrics, he helps to maintain the successful financial performance of Remedy’s private equity investments.
Gary co-leads the asset management of Remedy’s national portfolio. He closely monitors leasing and property management metrics to ensure the successful financial performance of the company’s private equity investments while also presenting financial reports to equity partners, investors, and lenders. He uses his extensive leasing experience to play a central role in assisting our Acquisitions team with underwriting new real estate purchases and our Leasing team with strategy and marketing initiatives. During his more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Gary has completed over 800 lease transactions totaling approximately 10 million square feet and valued at more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Remedy, he led the leasing department at MB Real Estate for almost 20 years.
Chris co-leads the asset management of Remedy’s national portfolio. He closely monitors leasing and property management metrics to ensure the successful financial performance of the company’s private equity investments while also presenting financial reports to equity partners, investors, and lenders. Chris was previously employed with GE Capital, where he was Assistant Vice President in the healthcare real estate division. During his tenure at GE Capital, he managed more than 30 accounts and underwrote and closed more than 100 loans for medical properties totaling $2 billion. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Chris was a residential mortgage loan officer for Franklin Bank SSB in Chicago and served in the United States Air Force.
Jack is responsible for updating and maintaining ARGUS valuation models, including leasing changes, reimbursement structures, market leasing assumptions, speculative leasing updates, and capital timing and amortization. He also prepares financial analyses and models for real estate transactions and holdings. Prior to joining Remedy, Jack was a member of the healthcare corporate finance team at CIT Bank.
