Keith manages the construction phase of ground-up developments at Remedy, working diligently with our healthcare clients and general contractors to keep projects on schedule and budget. His responsibilities include contractor selection, contract negotiation, participation in weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, change management, vendor pay application approval, and coordination of client equipment and move-in. During his 23-year career, Keith has delivered over one million square feet of medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, freestanding emergency departments, imaging centers, clinical labs, pharmacies, specialty hospitals, and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Before joining Remedy, Keith was responsible for healthcare project management nationally for Duke Realty Healthcare, where he worked for over 14 years. Keith is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).

Kyle manages the pre-construction phase of development, interfacing closely with our healthcare clients to ensure the project plan and design satisfy all established goals and parameters. His responsibilities include site investigation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement of design and contractor teams, contract negotiations, comprehensive design oversight, and obtaining required government approvals and permits. Before joining Remedy, Kyle was responsible for healthcare pre-construction management nationally for Duke Realty Healthcare, where he worked for over 12 years.
Dave oversees the development of all new healthcare facilities nationwide, bringing his senior-level expertise to Remedy’s project delivery process. He executes on our commitment to provide clients and partners with continuous accountability from the earliest conceptual discussions to tenant occupancy. During his 32-year career, Dave has successfully completed over $1 billion of healthcare real estate projects. Before joining Remedy, he served as Development Executive at Duke Realty Healthcare for 10 years. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development at Mainstreet Investments, where he oversaw the delivery of all new transitional rehab hospitals across the United States. Dave has earned his CCIM designation.

Kurt is a member of the United States Building Council and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
Jim leads the design and construction of all ground-up developments, ensuring that each Remedy facility meets the specific budget, timeline, and strategic objectives of the client. Jim and his team are responsible for cost estimating, scheduling, site due diligence, design and contractor team formation, shell and tenant improvement design, entitlements and permitting, construction, and commissioning/turnover to the Remedy Property Management team. During his 30-year career, he has delivered a wide range of healthcare facilities, including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, emergency/urgent care centers, cancer centers, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term acute care hospitals. Before joining Remedy, Jim led healthcare construction operations nationally for Duke Realty Healthcare.
Land represents one the largest risks on any real estate development project. Understanding and mitigating that risk is critical to project success, which is why Remedy has its own in-house land development expert. Darrell is a registered civil engineer who oversees land due diligence activities, municipal approvals/permitting, and the civil design for all of our ground-up developments. His responsibilities include site investigation and selection, conceptual site design and estimating, selection and oversight of due diligence and civil engineering consultants, and management of municipal approvals/site permitting. Before joining Remedy, Darrell was responsible for the land development of healthcare projects nationally for Duke Realty Healthcare, where he worked for over nine years. Prior to that, he worked as a civil engineer at various consulting firms for over 19 years on healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, primary education, and municipal projects. Darrell is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Nancy is a vital member of the Remedy Development team. She assists with all facets of the development process for ground-up projects nationally, including the creation of monthly client status reports, contract administration, insurance compliance, vendor payment coordination, and team travel logistics. Nancy brings executive-level support to Remedy from working in the construction/real estate industry for over 25 years. She previously supported the same tight-knit group of individuals at Duke Realty Healthcare for over 12 years.
