As company founder and CEO, Peter is responsible for shaping Remedy’s vision, growth, and culture. He ensures that the company is driven by flexibility to maximize value for our clients and respond successfully to disruptions in the healthcare, real estate, and financial markets. Peter is actively involved in the ongoing performance of the company’s national portfolio, including the sourcing, analyzing, and financing of healthcare real estate investments. In addition, he raised and now manages the private equity funds for Remedy’s acquisition and development efforts. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be the largest private owner of medical facilities in the United States. Before founding Remedy, Peter worked for the Corporate Investment Group within Bank of America’s Investment Banking Division.

Krysta is responsible for the oversight and guidance of all operations at Remedy. She developed Remedy’s acquisition and development underwriting, due diligence, and closing standards in her early years with the company. Now she focuses on growing the company, overseeing strategic asset management initiatives, and spearheading capital activity. Recognizing that Remedy’s success hinges on that of our healthcare partners, her initiatives are aimed at improving the tenant experience and adding additional flexibility to our platform. Krysta has an extensive background that ranges from scientific research to  investment modeling and forecasting. Prior to joining Remedy, she was a member of the research and strategy team at LaSalle Investment Management. Krysta was selected as a Connect Media National Next Generation Honoree in 2019 and Real Estate Forum’s 50 under 40 in 2016.

Joe leads investment strategy and policy at Remedy and oversees our investments into new medical property acquisitions and developments. He focuses on the execution of creative and efficient transactions that provide the right financial solutions for our clients and partners while achieving return objectives for our investors. Joe and his team are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing all investment transactions and joint-venture relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, he served as Principal & Managing Director of Helios Companies, a real estate investment, construction management, and transaction advisory firm that he co-founded and grew to more than 90 professionals. During his 17-year career, Joe has completed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions.

Gregg serves as General Counsel for Remedy and is responsible for supervising all legal affairs related to the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of the company’s assets. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, land use, and entitlement matters as well as negotiating joint venture agreements. Prior to joining Remedy, Gregg was a partner at DLA Piper LLP, an international law firm where he represented Remedy in all of its acquisitions from the time the company was founded. He draws from his intimate knowledge of the legal and business aspects of Remedy to provide invaluable insight on the company’s most important operations and is known for his practical approach to negotiations.
