Brian manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for the Southeast Region of the United States. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. For nearly 15 years, Brian has specialized in the healthcare sector of commercial real estate, representing health systems and independent physician tenants. Before joining Remedy, he headed the Health Services Team at Lavista Associates in Atlanta. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Brian was a professional baseball player with the San Diego Padres organization.
Parker supports Remedy’s leasing efforts in the Southeast Region of the United States. His responsibilities include tenant outreach and development, market analysis, lease administration, and marketing efforts.
Evan manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for the Central Region of the United States. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. Evan has been in the healthcare real estate industry his entire career, with experience in several industry verticals including leasing, development, and corporate services. He has successfully negotiated over 3 million square feet of leasing transactions in medical office, ambulatory surgery, and imaging centers. Prior to joining Remedy, Evan was a transaction management director on the Baylor Scott & White Health account at CBRE.
Christian supports Remedy’s leasing efforts across the national portfolio, working closely with our Leasing, Acquisitions, and Development teams. His responsibilities include tenant outreach and development, market analysis, lease administration, and marketing efforts. Before joining Remedy, Christian got his start as a broker in risk management working for the London brokerage firm Willis Towers Watson and for AEGIS Syndicate 1225 on the trading floor of Lloyd’s of London.
Lindsay manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for the Midwest Region of the United States. She is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. Her 10 years of healthcare industry experience in various clinical and administrative roles has provided Remedy with tremendous value when negotiating and closing transactions. Before joining Remedy, Lindsay was a leasing associate in Real Estate Strategy at Northwestern Medicine, managing 9 million square feet and over 600 existing and prospective tenants for a diverse medical portfolio. Prior to Northwestern Medicine, she began her career as a product manager for MED Alliance Group, participating in medical device research and hospital trials.
Dan manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for the Northeast Region of the United States. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, Dan led CBRE’s healthcare team in the Washington, D.C., metro area. This practice focused on portfolio management, real estate strategy, site selection, and lease negotiations for national healthcare providers, regional health systems, and physician groups. Dan also advised institutional property owners and healthcare developers on strategy for new development projects and asset repositioning.
Allie supports the Leasing team at Remedy with marketing efforts, managing the real estate database, and invoicing/reporting. Prior to joining Remedy, she worked in event management with Hyatt Hotels for three years.
Marc oversees Remedy’s national leasing platform and also directly manages leasing efforts for the West Region of the United States. He is responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2001, Marc has become highly regarded in the healthcare and real estate brokerage community for his detail-oriented and responsive approach to leasing. Prior to joining Remedy, he specialized in leasing and investment sales as Vice President for Jameson Commercial in Chicago.
