Cooper provides legal guidance and risk assessment to all members of our organization. His responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases, acquisition contracts, and all ancillary documents and issues related to Remedy’s medical real estate portfolio. He also assists the Development team in the negotiation and execution of deal documents with health systems and third-party physician groups. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, land use and zoning, and entitlement matters. Prior to joining Remedy, Cooper was a member of the United States Air Force and an associate at Dykema Gossett PLLC and Akerman LLP.
Katie provides legal guidance and risk assessment to all members of our organization. Her responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases, acquisition contracts, and all ancillary documents and issues related to Remedy’s medical real estate portfolio. Katie also assists the Development team in the negotiation and execution of deal documents with health systems and third-party physician groups. Prior to joining Remedy, she was a senior member of the legal real estate and finance group at Brookfield Properties Retail (formally General Growth Properties).
Gregg serves as General Counsel for Remedy and is responsible for supervising all legal affairs related to the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of the company’s assets. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, land use, and entitlement matters as well as negotiating joint venture agreements. Prior to joining Remedy, Gregg was a partner at DLA Piper LLP, an international law firm where he represented Remedy in all of its acquisitions from the time the company was founded. He draws from his intimate knowledge of the legal and business aspects of Remedy to provide invaluable insight on the company’s most important operations and is known for his practical approach to negotiations.

She also assists the Development team in the negotiation and execution of deal documents with health systems and third-party physician groups. Prior to joining Remedy, Kathy was a partner at Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP and an associate in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
