Tracy works closely with our Executive team on brand and marketing strategy. She also collaborates with our Strategy, Development, and Leasing teams to promote Remedy’s expertise, services, and available medical office space. During her 13-year marketing career, Tracy has acquired a strong understanding of the healthcare industry as well as complex enterprise sales. She believes in creating customer-centric campaigns and content to empower health systems and physician groups with valuable opportunities and information. Prior to joining Remedy, Tracy was Marketing Director at the healthcare real estate company NexCore Group. Before her career in marketing, she was a full-time instructor at the University of Colorado Denver, where she taught English literature and film courses.
Katarina provides administrative support to our Acquisitions, Development, Property Management, and Legal teams. Before joining Remedy, she worked in an administrative role for a design firm in Chicago, where she assisted the managing partners and human resources department. Katarina is currently earning her Associate Professional in HR (aPHR) certification.
Michelle spearheads all investor communications and notices, plans company events, and nurtures the culture that is so important here at Remedy. While managing all administrative functions for the organization, she also provides executive-level support to our CEO, Peter Westmeyer.
Kari is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department at Remedy. Through value-added people practices, such as talent management and development, diversity and inclusion, and flexible HR policies and practices, her focus is to ensure we recruit and retain the very best talent to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Kari has 17 years of experience in both the manufacturing and finance industries. Prior to joining Remedy, Kari was an HR leader and Senior Talent Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation, where she spent 13 years leading organizational transformations and driving large-scale growth. She has held her Professional HR certification since 2004 and is certified in a variety of assessment tools, including the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
Steven oversees the continued evolution of a robust, innovative, and secure information technology environment for Remedy and its regional offices. Previously he worked for over two decades as the Director of IT for a manufacturer of ultra-precise machine parts for medical and aerospace technologies, where he developed and programmed numerous custom-made database applications.
