Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, nurturing tenant relationships, monitoring operating expenses for cost effectiveness, and assisting with annual capital and operating budgets. Alma has 18 years of experience in commercial and healthcare real estate. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Lisa manages property operations in the Southeast Region of the United States. She is responsible for regional strategy and staffing decisions, oversight of property management teams, tenant satisfaction, contract negotiations, analysis of property financial performance, and annual capital and operating budgets. Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in real estate leasing and management. Before joining Remedy, she served as senior property manager and broker for Welltower in Atlanta and Florida, and before that she worked for Covenant Health in East Tennessee. Lisa is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia and Florida, has earned her CPM designation, and is a CCIM candidate. She participates in a number of professional organizations, including BOMA-Georgia, IREM, and CCIM.

Holli oversees the day-to-day property management of our healthcare facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Her responsibilities include fostering tenant and vendor relationships, monitoring operating expenses for cost effectiveness, supervising construction projects, and assisting with annual capital and operating budgets. Holli is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and a CPM candidate. She is also an active member of the Dallas Chapter of IREM, serving for a second consecutive year on the board as Vice President of Community Outreach and Golf.

Dalton manages property operations for the West Region of the United States and is the employing broker for Remedy in Colorado. He is responsible for regional strategy and staffing decisions, oversight of property management teams, tenant satisfaction, contract negotiations, analysis of property financial performance, and annual capital and operating budgets. Dalton has 19 years of experience in various areas of real estate and has earned his LEED Accredited Professional certification. Before joining our team, he was Director of Asset Management for Denver-based Focus Property Group and a broker/owner of Twin Peaks Real Estate.

Heather oversees the day-to-day property management of our healthcare facilities in the West Region of the United States. Her responsibilities include fostering tenant and vendor relationships, monitoring operating expenses for cost effectiveness, supervising construction projects, and assisting with annual capital and operating budgets. Heather has over 18 years of property management experience in the healthcare, office, retail, flex, and industrial sectors. She has earned her LEED Green Associate credential.

Robert manages property operations in the Northeast Region of the United States. He is responsible for regional strategy and staffing decisions, oversight of property management teams, tenant satisfaction, contract negotiations, analysis of property financial performance, and annual capital and operating budgets. Rob started his career in commercial office brokerage and then gained experience in commercial retail investment, property management, and asset management.

Danielle manages property operations in parts of the Midwest and Southeast Regions of the United States. She is responsible for regional strategy and staffing decisions, oversight of property management teams, tenant satisfaction, contract negotiations, analysis of property financial performance, and annual capital and operating budgets. Before moving into the healthcare real estate sector, Danielle worked in retail and industrial property management.

Christie oversees the day-to-day property management of our healthcare facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Her responsibilities include fostering tenant and vendor relationships, monitoring operating expenses for cost effectiveness, supervising construction projects, and assisting with annual capital and operating budgets. Christie is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas, with 23 years of experience in healthcare and other real estate sectors. She is active in the IREM Dallas Chapter, previously serving as President and currently serving on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Leadership and Development and on the National Committee for Student and College Outreach. Christie has earned her Texas real estate license and CPM designation and is a member of the BOMA Fort Worth chapter.
