He advises health systems, physician groups, and industry partners on how to optimize their existing portfolios, enter new markets, and expand existing market footprints. Ted specializes in consolidation studies, monetization analyses, site evaluation, development feasibility, and transaction negotiation. Over his 20-year career, he has been involved in the leasing or ground-up development of over 2 million square feet of healthcare real estate while working with prominent health systems such as Yale New Haven Health, University of Chicago Medicine, and University of South Florida Health. Prior to joining Percival, Ted served as Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and Hammes Company.

Lucas is a market research analyst for Percival Health Advisors, an independent healthcare strategy consulting group within Remedy. He supports the Percival team in developing ambulatory network and master facility plans by conducting market research and data analysis. Before joining Percival, Lucas was an intern at DHG Healthcare where he aided in research on new participants in the 2018 Medicare Shared Savings Program.

Alyssa is a research analyst for Percival Health Advisors, an independent healthcare strategy consulting group within Remedy. She supports the Percival team in developing ambulatory network and master facility plans by conducting market research and data analysis. Before joining Percival, Alyssa worked in the University of Chicago General Medicine Department on a research team investigating common issues surrounding inpatient care.

Sam oversees all strategic planning engagements at Percival Health Advisors, an independent healthcare strategy consulting group within Remedy. He specializes in ambulatory network planning, regional deployment strategies, integrated master facilities planning, service line business plans, and portfolio asset optimization strategies, all of which are driven by considerations such as patient experience, consumerism, and service models. During his 20-year career, Sam has spoken at national and regional conferences, authored white papers, and cultivated value-added work relationships with some of the most prominent healthcare organizations in the country, including Yale New Haven Health, Duke Medicine, and University of Chicago Medicine. Prior to founding Percival, he spent 15 years as a healthcare planning consultant at Hammes Company and Noblis and five years at Brigham & Women’s Hospital as Director of Clinical Research in Cardiac Surgery.
