Kyle Edington

The most successful development projects are methodically planned before a shovel ever breaks ground, which is why Remedy places tremendous importance on pre-construction activities. Kyle manages the pre-construction phase of development, interfacing closely with our healthcare clients to ensure the project plan and design satisfy all established goals and parameters. His responsibilities include site investigation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement of design and contractor teams, contract negotiations, comprehensive design oversight, and obtaining required government approvals and permits. Before joining Remedy, Kyle was responsible for healthcare pre-construction management nationally for Duke Realty Healthcare, where he worked for over 12 years.
